Hûlu̽ as̺e Kîchyà (/ˈhʊlu̽/ /ˈas̺e/ [fake] [scandal]) is a temperate Town located in Yimasez̄a Parish, Àsu̹ Ûyu̹ Empire, within the Warrenese Shogunate.

The name Hûlu̽ as̺e Kîchyà is derived from the Wareneese language, as Hûlu̽ as̺e Kîchyà was founded by Glorindrudeth Gareg̈me Dyèdsho, who was culturaly Wareneese.

Climate

Hûlu̽ as̺e Kîchyà has a yearly average temperature of 7°C (44°F), with its average temperature during the summer being an icy 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant -11°C (13°F). Overview

Hûlu̽ as̺e Kîchyà was founded durring the late 15th century in fall of the year 1366, by Glorindrudeth Gareg̈me Dyèdsho. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Glorindrudeth Gareg̈me Dyèdsho.

Hûlu̽ as̺e Kîchyà was built using the conventions of Wareneese durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hûlu̽ as̺e Kîchyà is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Hûlu̽ as̺e Kîchyà is buildings are speckled and packed arround narrow baked earthen streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Hûlu̽ as̺e Kîchyà 's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. Hûlu̽ as̺e Kîchyà 's monster and outlaw focused fortifications has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

Hûlu̽ as̺e Kîchyà is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife. There’s a patern to the panic. It’s not easy to see, and no one quite agrees on what it is, but the locals know and operate under this pattern. It shapes everything they do, and you feel as if you’ve almost worked it out only for some small detail to devastate your theory every time you try and comprehend it.

Hûlu̽ as̺e Kîchyà 's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by order, symmetry, formal design, grandiosity, and elaborate ornamentation. Architectural characteristics include balustrades, balconies, columns, cornices, pilasters, and triangular pediments. Stone exteriors are massive and grandiose in their symmetry; interiors are typically polished and lavishly decorated with sculptures, swags, medallions, flowers, and shields. Interiors will often have a grand stairway and opulent ballroom..
